The winning application was developed under the direction of Ryan Lewis, a principal in DCG and now part of the Medicine Man team. As part of the application process, DCG conducted location surveys, developed compliance assurance procedures, and created a comprehensive business plan.
Greg Gamet, Co-Founder of DCG and now Chief Cannabis Officer for Gold Flora since the acquisition of DCG, is focused on building Golf Flora’s team and day-to-day operations. “We intend to build the best dispensary in Long Beach and become a shining example of how to operate as a good neighbor,” Gamet commented. “We look forward to providing the best quality products and customer-focused service. Our goal is to become a valued and trusted member of the community by working with and supporting a variety of organizations that have a positive impact on the city and its citizens.”
The dispensary will be located at 5630 Pacific Coast Highway. Construction is slated to begin soon, and the store is projected to be open for business in Spring, 2018.
